Difficulty with post: Hip flexors bend your legs upward. Extensors, your buttock muscles hold you up once eect and move you forward, Flexor weakness can make it hard to stand from lying or sitting. Extensor weakness on one side creates a "hip" limp where the body swings over the center of gravity to compensate. When present on both sides, standing erect becomes very difficult.
