It is the opposite-: -of fallen arches or flat feet. When you look @ these feet, there is an obvious elevation of the arch from the floor. If symptomatic arch supports are the first line of treatment. They fill in the gap so to speak & the success rate is high. If severe & not amenable 2 any other treatment, surgical approach is possible. Best done @ a young age. Seen in cerebral palsy children often.
