Cheek Biting: Good day; Over the years a number of my patients continuously have bitten their cheeks. Usually this occurs when the cheek muscles are tort (rigid) and infringe on the biting surfaces of the back teeth. The patient has to be careful not to bite this cheek tissue. Conscious pulling on the outside of your cheek will remedy this irritating problem.
