2 POINTS: cheek biting typically occurs at nite during sleep. I recommend wearing a well made Nightguard.

Inside of cheek: You may have bitten it and didn't realize it - or what you may be seeing or feeling is the salivary gland opening since you report the some issue on the other side without history of trauma. If its not painful - I wouldn't necessarily worry about it. Good luck
