Sleeping too much.: Normal sleep is between six and ten hours in a 24 hour cycle. With age, the period of sleep typically lessens. Youth need more sleep, particularly babies and teenagers. Studies suggest that regularly sleeping less than six and more than ten hours correlates with shortened lifespans. If this is your case, see your MD, for starters (and do some research).
