Dr. Kevin Yoo answered

Spinal Disease: This is a very general term. Spinal disease can occur in the cervical (neck), thoracic (mid back), or lumbar (low back) spine. Typically, patients will have neck or low back pain secondary to degeneration of the spine or wear and tear. Patients can suffer disk herniations, spinal stenosis (narrowing of the spinal canal), formation of bone spurs, etc. Pain can also be due to trauma or fractures
