Orthopaedic Surgeons: I admit my answer is (as all answers are) biased. Orthopaedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, rheumatologists, neurologists, physiatrists (rehabilitation doctors), and pain doctors (often anesthesiologists) are specialists, but internal medicine and family practitioners see an awful lot of back pain as well.
