Yes: Tryptomer (amitryptyline) is an older, "first generation," antidepressant still widely prescribed for depression. 10 mg is a low dose but safe. It should be taken daily to be effective. That said, be sure to clarify directions and possible dose increase with your prescribing doctor. Generally need 10 days or more to feel effects. Take at bedtime to best help with sleep.
