I need more info: Without more information I would guess that you have cervical strain and/or what is commonly called a "pinched nerve". If you are over 40 years of age arthritis could also cause this. Your best thing to do is to make an appointment with an osteopathic physician who I suspect will be able to get to the bottom of your complaint and fix it.
