Rule out...: I'm betting it's lack of exercise. You can address this. You need to have hepatitis B and C, Wilson's, hemochromatosis, and autoimmune hepatitis ruled out. If it's lack of exercise, there's often fat in the liver on ultrasound. This isn't to be taken lightly. I also trust you're sensible and don't drink alcohol. Why not hit the fitness circuit harder and see if it doesn't fix things?
