Yes: Since one needs to be sure that you have become allergic to shrimp before you venture to eat it again.

Allergist: This reaction,called angioedema, is indicative of allergy to shrimp and possibly all shellfish. You must avoid eating all shellfish as the future reactions can be more severe and life threatening. Your best move is to make an appointment with an allergist who will advise you about this episode and how best to approach and manage such an allergy. Do not do any testing on yourself.
