there is redness on the front of my neck in the shape of a lg butterfly, no blisters, sunburn, itchiness or pain, i feel fine just shakey, what is it?

It is time for a Dr.: In a person who is "shakey", and has something in the shape of a large butterfly at the front of her neck... maybe the neck thing is not so much a rash but rather an enlarged thyroid gland... possibly with inflammation and putting out too much thyroid hormone. It is time to see one's primary care doctor, who may refer to an endocrinologist if indeed the thyroid gland is sick.
