Several things: There are several things that can cause a burning vaginal sensation. Yeast infections are common. Vulvar vestibulitis is a nerve disorder. Lichen sclerosis is a vulvar skin disorder that can cause burning. Allergic reactions/contact dermatitis is another. An Obgyn can do an exam and appropriate testing.
