Yeast?: Sounds like it is genital yeast infection ( flaky itchy rash)and with all that itching and scratching there was skin breakdown that led to secondary bacterial infection ( 2 bumps).Try otc Lamisil (terbinafine) and neosporin.Both three times a day. Lamisil (terbinafine) for a mnth and neosporin for 10 days. No improvement in ten days, see a md. Primary doc fine no need for OB gyn.
