I have blister like things on the labia of my vagina, it's enflamed and causing serious discomfort. on and off burning sensation not sexually active

Should be--see Dr: Sounds as might be herpes, but cannot tell by limited description over internet--see your dr / gyn / urgent care or std clinic for exam and necessary testing. Good luck!
