Focus while studying: Are you dealing w/other factors such as fatigue, lack of sleep, worry, pain? If yes, do what you can to address that. Consider staying w/one book/topic for a period of time, say 15 minutes, then switch to another book, then back again. Peace and good health. Stretch every 15-20 minutes or deep breathe.
