Benzoyl peroxide: I see you have already begun rx. Topical benzoyl peroxide & topical Clindamycin are a good start, but many men need to add a systemic antibiotic such as tetracycline 500 2x/day. If it's quite severe, a dermatologist may offer you accutane; it's not pleasant & has some risks but it is very much worth it if simple rx fails. Good luck.
