6yr old is currently on life support following an epileptic seizure. she has been told she has encephalopathy. is there possibility of recovery.

Kids are resilient..: Without knowing any of the details, it is impossible to say. In general, children have an amazing capacity to recover from adverse events. The child's doctors can hopefully give some guidance as to what to expect, but sometimes all we can do is provide supportive care and hope that the child recovers. Time will tell. I hope she gets better soon.
