Insomia: There are many possible causes of insomnia including stress, poor sleep hygiene, anxiety, depression, restless leg syndrome, periodic limb movements, sleep apnea and narcolepsy. Seek out a psychiatrist for an evaluation.

Routine: Establish the same bed time every night. Use your bed to sleep only, not read or watch television. If you cannot get to sleep in a few minutes, get up and do something else until you are drowsy. Don't watch the clock. Don't exercise or eat right before you go to bed.
