Injury or due to ned: With osteoarthritis you may have where in tear inside the knee and this may cause bleeding. However the bleeding and clot could be related to the fact you had a needle placed in your knee and it may have caused a cube waiting. Sometimes people bleed in their knee on a chronic basis but usually when this fluid is removed there is no clot. bloody knee fluid is called a hemarthrosis
