Blood pressure measu: You need to measure your blood pressure in the morning, midday and evening and track the responses. Your physician will reevaluate that and your present reading and decide if you need additional adjustments, additional medications, to help control your blood pressure. You also need to be exercising which is a nonmedication way to control blood pressure

14d: It should be pretty well equilibrated after 2 weeks. Since it is still high, contact your doc about possible medication adjustment
