Losartan and ibuprofen -a bad combination becasue of the risk to kidney function and the possibility of high potassium depending on the dose and whether you already have reduced kidney function. You should get further advice form your doctor since no one else knows your medical history that may have impact on this combination. Tylenol may be a good substitute for control of pain.
