Too Early...: 3 weeks could be a bit early for a real period after a surgical abortion. It can take 4-8 weeks for your periods to come back. I wouldn't worry too much if you haven't had one yet. Keep an eye on the cramping. If it gets worse, you should be evaluated. Best wishes!
