Muscle cramps: Night time muscle cramps can be related to muscle overuse, dehydration, or electrolyte abnormalities. You may want to address changing or reducing your daytime activities which are contributing to you night time cramps. Getting bloodwork (a BMP) will check your electrolytes. Make sure to hydrate well in the afternoon and early evenings.
