You need to be seen: and a chest X-ray or CT may be required for a diagnosis. Many possible causes of pleurisy and some of them can be serious, but most are treatable. Don't delay & go see the doc. If persists, be emphatic about discovering the cause of this recurrent problem. A Pulmonary Specialist is the expert.
