Needs testing: Hi! In otherwise healthy young females, lower-abdominal pain is often due to ovarian cysts, bladder infections, STD's, appendicitis... Talking with a doctor about any accompanying symptoms and risk factors can help, (can be done on HealthTap), but frequently urine analysis, blood labs and an ultrasound or CT scan are needed to definitively diagnose the problem.
