Nonspecific: Hi! It means that the cells of the liver are accumulating fat and not getting rid of it. This can be due to alcohol, overuse of tylenol (acetaminophen) (and several other medications), malnutrition, as well as metabolic problems like diabetes, obesity and elevated triglycerides. Mild fatty liver itself is usually not dangerous, but it can sometimes progress, and it can be sign of one of the above diseases.

Fatty infiltration: Fatty infiltration has the other name of fatty hepatitis. This is not good to have This finding means fat is getting into the liver and taking over the liver and if enough kills the liver. It comes from being obese, too much alcohol intake repeatedly, eating too many fatty foods. Diffuse means the fat is already all over the liver mild means not a lot yet. Should stop the cause of this now.
