Work w/ Dr!: During dose changes or new Rx trials you must work closely w/ the Dr to handle effects like this. Labile moods are something they'll want to know about to address both w/ the medication choices and I hope w/ a referral for psychotherapy. You can learn skills to help manage moods to a degree and lots of other good things too.
