I'm bipolar and the dr lowered my zoloft (sertraline) by 50 mg from 200 mg to 150 mg and now my moods are all messed up. i'm super depressed what should i do?

Decreased zoloft (sertraline): Please let your doctor know. SSRIs do cause a form of dependence so decreasing the dose has to be done very slowly and individually.
