The direction: for preparation for this study differs a bit from Endoscopist to Endoscopist (the GI Doctors who do the testing) FOLLOW His/Her Instructions (Call their office !) HOWEVER the instructions which accompany the preparation materials /medications are usually RELIABLE and this sounds reasonable! Hope this helps ....Dr Z
