Sinusitis: It sometimes takes 5-10 days to treat. Referred pain to your teeth is common with sinusitis since the roots of your upper teeth are close to the floor of the nasal sinus. Pseudophedrine will work for awhile but it does wear off and only provides symptomatic relief. See your physician to determine if your sinusitis is viral or bacterial
