Swelling feet: Unfortunately swelling feet is uncomfortable and needs care. You must contact his Primary doctor, explain his issue and set up an appointment with a doctor who will work on your husband's swelling. Things should work out OK but it night take some time. Please keep me informed.

Go to the doctor!: Not something that we can give you here in a convenient free text. Go see a doctor in real life. This is potentially something serious, treat it appropriately. If you value your husband and his health and life, get him to the doctor. I suggest starting with a primary care physician. They will get the ball rolling and figure out what to do next.
