MRI doesn't explain: "No mass, no lesion detected" in a Radiology report usually means a normal brain MRI scan. I assume that the scan was ordered for a reason (i.e., symptoms). There are many symptoms (I would say MOST symptoms) that prompt an MRI scan & cannot be explained by it. MRI looks for ANATOMIC problems - tumors, bleeding, etc. The problem here is FUNCTIONAL - the nerves function incorrectly. TTYD who orderd
