MP: Early pregnancy is not always detected on conventional OTC tests. If u are OK with being preg, I would wait another week and test again. On the other hand, If u would be exploring other options regarding poss pregnancy, I would see a medical provider and obtain a serum HCG. There are other possibilities however in someone of ur age, including hormonal anomalies and early menopause etc. Good luck.
