Need more info: osteogenesis imperfecta.is a diagnosis that can affect the the baby as far as the desease is called brittle bone desease it is caused by AD mutation in the gene encoding the alpha 1 and alpha 2 chains of type 1 collagen not gaining weight and blue lips may suggest another issue please have you baby checked by a pediatrician to help his diagnosis
