I had my membranes stripped last wednesday and mucus plug came out thursday. still haven't started labor. can dr strip the membranes again?

I don't : I don't strip membranes for the reason you described. It has a low success rate and only gets women's hopes up. And, it causes a lot of cramping and bleeding which no fun either. Be patient, if you can let your labor start naturally, you will happier in the end.
