More mucus: Your cervix continues to produce mucus even after the "plug" is released. Stripping you membranes likely released more.

It may be: Mucus, just because plug gone doesn't mean u stop making it. You will probably be going into labor in the next couple of days, amniotic fluid not like mucus but if it's thin , gush, likely water bag so go in. It sounds like u r ok for now.
