Not really: I'm going to assume that your direct bilirubin is normal and alk phos is not up. About one person in 1000 has a genetic variant in which the GGT is way-high all the time. These people are often accused of being closed drinkers "in denial". Verify you are not a drinker with other labs if need be and if you need a letter from your physician or friendly neighborhood pathologist, it's easy.
