Facial nerve: Any structure that affects the facial nerve along its course from the brain can cause a droop. Pituitary tumor can cause droop in eye, visual changes etc. Its anatomical and the facial nerve has several branches, temporal, zygomatic, buccal, maxillary and mandibular.Good luck. Stroke, Hemifacial spasm and bells palsy other alternative possibilities.
