White clear string in stool. is it worms or something more serious? i noticed it when i wiped & it appeared clear & sof rubbery texture. please help.

Unlikely: Pinworms are threadlike but only an inch or so in length. Ascaris are ling thick and similar to nightcrawlers in appearance.The usual origin of "clear stringy" material in stool are breakdown products of vegetative matter, like celery.
