A member asked:

What would happen to someone who is not diabetic if they took 100 units of novolog and 100 units of lantus (insulin glargine) all at once best guess?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends: Depending upon the diet and health of the individual, it would cause hypoglycemia that may lead to seizures, coma and death. Do not experiment with medications. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine.
