Avoid a miserable...: A husband and wife can avoid having a miserable pregnancy by enjoying all the wonderful things life offers, and not thinking too much about their pregnancy. What will be will be. With prenatal care, the couple can leave the worrying up to the doctor (that's what he's there for). In the event that something bad is going on, the doctor will inform his patient. Otherwise, no worries. Enjoy each day.

Try not to worry: Have peace knowing you are doing as much as you can for your baby: eating green leafy veggies, taking a prenatal vitamin as directed by your OB, drinking plenty of water, resting, exercise, not smoking, healthy diet, follow Ob's schedule. Worrying is hard not to do when expecting but too much worrying is not healthy either so pray, meditate and discuss with your Ob. Best of health to you and baby!

Ultrasound: If you are continuing to feel pregnant and you have no bleeding or cramping, you should be fine. If you develop these signs sooner be seen. All the best.
