Libido: Sex drive or libido is a complex issue. Mirena (levonorgestrel) should have no affect on your libido so this is likely coincidental. Many 19 year old have a high libido so this may be normal. Good job choosing a highly effective birth control method. Remember to protect yourself and use condoms to avoid STDs
