Probably: Most medications are "good" for an extended period (up to 6 months) after the Federally mandated Exp date! HOWEVER some medications are actually DANGEROUS when expired (eg Tetracycline) thus it is generally NOT a good idea to use outdated medication! Hope this helps! Dr Z
