29M, active - used muscle flossing bands (elastic bands) around my quad and hamstring that were tight for 45 seconds or so. No swelling or red 24h later, but sore. Are DVT possible with compression short period or is it less likely trauma causes?
Injured calf playing pickleball, went to ER and had blood clot/DVT ruled out. Referred to ortho for muscle strain/tear. Ankle and heel is now swollen and sore. Is this related to calf injury or walking differently?
