i had a full hysterectomy couple months ago. everything went well. but been having pain on right side ?

Go back to surgeon: Go back to your surgeon to make sure that everything from the surgery is still OK,. If the post surgery exam is fine, then have an evaluation by a MD for the right sided pain.
