Yes and no: Yes in terms of the strain that you put on your heart and lungs if you scream so loudly and for such time that you are not breathing and put temporary strain on your heart but at your age coronary disease is unlikely unless you have congenital heart disease. Stay calm and get an exam. And, try to control your impulses and don't scream. You'll feel good when you're able to do this. Good luck.
