Skin/skin infection: Certainly, if the abscess is draining pus, then an infection can spread from skin to skin contact between the thighs. For example, abscess drainage from a MRSA wound infection can spread quickly. The important thing is to avoid skin to skin contact, good hand washing , and observing excellent hygiene.S.
