Has it been cultured: Do you shave there? If yes, try to avoid. Also keep area dry if you can. Have they cultured the area to see what bacteria is there?

May be your thighs: are rubbing against each other. Are you overweight? The irritation may be causing the infection. Use soft cotton underwear that are absorbent and help dry the areas.
