Hidradenitis: This may due to a variety of underlying conditions with hidradenitis suppuritiva being high on my list. This may require medical or surgical treatment. See a dermatologist for an evaluation first.

I'll try: What you have described are infected sebaceous glands. When the heal they often scar. Check with your skin doctor.
